Admission exceptionnelle au séjour
Exceptional admission to stay (AES) is at the préfet's discretion: you can apply for a residence permit based on work, private and family life, or a long presence in France. Every case is different, so the whole file must be checked before applying.
The decision belongs to the préfecture. ADAF guarantees no outcome.
