ADAF (SERVICE PLUS SAS, office 7 rue Solférino, 93300 Aubervilliers) uses this app to manage its own Facebook Page — publishing posts and answering comments and Messenger messages sent to the Page — and to receive appointment requests from the form on adafparis.fr.
Facebook messages: we process the text of comments and messages you send to the ADAF Page and your public Facebook name, only to answer you. To draft replies the text is processed by OpenAI's API; some replies are sent automatically and an ADAF team member checks the rest.
Appointment and ADAF Academy enrolment requests: the name, phone number, service or course, preferred day or time and message you enter in the forms on adafparis.fr are sent to the ADAF team only so we can call you back. They are kept at most 12 months.
ADAF Academy accounts: to buy and read the civique book you create an account with your name, email, phone number and a password (stored only as a secure hash, never readable). We use them only for your account, to confirm your payment and to send you account emails such as a password reset link. The site then sets one cookie, strictly needed to keep you logged in (30 days); no other cookie, no tracking. You can ask us to delete your account.
What we don't do: we don't sell or share your data, use it for advertising, or collect anything else.
Deletion: to have your data deleted from our systems, write to serviceplus.adaf@gmail.com or call 06 66 61 10 10. We delete it within 30 days.
